"I had covereage with Rich Grant since 2018 it was excellent. I now have a long term repair issue with my car and was told my "full coverage" does not include rental. When I inititated my coverage with prior owner I asked for total coverage, I understand the responsibility to know the details of coverage but also certainly expect consideration for long term loyalty to the State Farm branding. As a fellow small business operator I would have pursued deeper to get rental coverage when I know for a fact it will affect my reputation in the communtiy. Rich always did customer forward things and it appears Rich Meyer only follows what is written on paper. I will not recommend this business nor will I support the State Farm organization from here forward. Thousands upon thousands spent in premiums over the years..........."
